Meet Our Head of School
Dr. Kellye Dionne is a seasoned educational leader, strategist, and innovator whose career bridges corporate excellence, community development, and academic leadership. As Co-Founder and Head of School at Atlanta College Preparatory Academy™ (ACPA), she brings more than a decade of experience guiding high-performing teams and transforming organizations to create meaningful impact for students and families.
With a background in both executive leadership and instructional design, Dr. Dionne has led large-scale initiatives across Fortune 50 companies, federal agencies, and socially driven ecosystems, designing frameworks that strengthen performance, modernize operations, and prepare individuals for long-term success. Her certifications include SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant, PMI-ACP, Advanced CSM, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring her ability to lead with both academic rigor and organizational agility.
At ACPA, Dr. Dionne directs the Academy’s focus on rigorous academics, leadership development, and holistic student growth. She has been instrumental in embedding required experiences into the ACPA model — from public speaking, foreign language, and reading mastery to study skills development and standardized test strategies — ensuring that every Trailblazer graduates ready to thrive in college, career, and community life.
Beyond her work at ACPA, Dr. Dionne is also the Founder of Sacred Strategist™ and FingertipsPro™ AI, where she develops cutting-edge learning ecosystems, certification-ready programs, and executive advisory services. A recognized strategist and introvert advocate, she is committed to building environments where individuals can discover their strengths, develop their confidence, and create lasting legacies.
