In Time of Need Incorporated is an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals, families, and youth who are facing hardship, poverty, homelessness, and difficult life circumstances. Since 1997, we have worked to provide hope, resources, support, and opportunity to those who need it most. Through community outreach, youth development, assisting homeless veterans, emergency assistance, feeding the hungry, educational support, and family-focused programs, In Time of Need Incorporated is committed to helping people overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and move toward a stronger future.
Every day, thousands of families in our community face the painful reality of not knowing where their next meal will come from. Many parents are working hard but still struggling to put food on the table, while children, seniors, and vulnerable individuals go without the basic nutrition they need. In Time of Need Incorporated is committed to standing in the gap by providing food, support, and hope to families who need immediate assistance. There are youth that go to bed hungry every night. Youth Activity Matters
Keeping youth active is one of the most powerful ways to help them stay focused, disciplined, and moving in a positive direction. Sports, mentoring programs, arts, education, and structured activities give young people a safe place to grow, build confidence, develop teamwork, and learn responsibility. When youth are engaged in meaningful activities, they are less likely to be pulled into negative environments or spend time on the streets. When youth stay active through sports, mentoring, after-school programs, and positive community activities, it helps reduce the chances of them becoming involved in crime. Structured activities give young people a safe place to go, positive adults to guide them, and meaningful goals to work toward. Sports teach discipline, teamwork, accountability, and respect, while keeping youth focused on their future instead of being influenced by negative peer pressure or the streets.
