IN TIME OF NEED Incorporated stands with individuals, families, and youth facing hardship,
poverty, and homelessness — through food, shelter support, youth development, and care for
the veterans who served our country.
Since 1997, we have worked to provide hope, resources, support, and opportunity
to those who need it most.
IN TIME OF NEED Incorporated is an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving
individuals, families, and youth who are facing hardship, poverty, homelessness, and difficult
life circumstances. Through community outreach, youth development, assisting homeless veterans,
emergency assistance, feeding the hungry, educational support, and family-focused programs, we
are committed to helping people overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and move toward a
stronger future.

No family should wonder where their next meal is coming from
Every day, thousands of families in our community face the painful reality of not knowing
where their next meal will come from. Many parents are working hard but still struggling to
put food on the table, while children, seniors, and vulnerable individuals go without the
basic nutrition they need.
IN TIME OF NEED Incorporated is committed to standing in the gap by providing food, support,
and hope to families who need immediate assistance. Our goal is to feed every hungry
American, and we are asking for your support to reach this goal.
Youth Activity Matters
Keeping youth active is one of the most powerful ways to help them stay focused,
disciplined, and moving in a positive direction. Sports, mentoring programs, arts,
education, and structured activities give young people a safe place to grow, build
confidence, develop teamwork, and learn responsibility. When youth are engaged in
meaningful activities, they are less likely to be pulled into negative environments
or spend time on the streets. IN TIME OF NEED Incorporated believes that when we
invest in our youth, we help create stronger families, safer communities, and
brighter futures.
When youth stay active through sports, mentoring, after-school programs, and positive
community activities, it helps reduce the chances of them becoming involved in crime.
Structured activities give young people a safe place to go, positive adults to guide
them, and meaningful goals to work toward. Sports teach discipline, teamwork,
accountability, and respect, while keeping youth focused on their future instead of
being influenced by negative peer pressure or the streets.
Standing with the veterans who stood for us
Our veterans answered the call to serve our country, and it is our responsibility to
stand with them when they return home. Many U.S. veterans face challenges such as
housing insecurity, food insecurity, unemployment, health concerns, transportation
needs, and difficulty accessing the support they have earned through their service.
At IN TIME OF NEED Incorporated, we believe that helping veterans is more than
charity — it is a duty of honor, respect, and gratitude. By providing assistance,
resources, and community support, we help restore hope, dignity, and stability to
the brave men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom.
