This year, we aim to assist 1,200 families during the Christmas Holidays (this includes Low-incomed families, Single Parents households, Army Veterans, Senior Citizens, and the Homeless). Our mission focuses on bringing joy into the lives of at-risk youth in underserved communities, where opportunities and resources are limited.
Did you know that each year, 87 percent of the underprivileged children in America do not get any Christmas gifts. And more significantly teenagers are forgotten about, it is only the younger infants that received any gifts at all. At-risk youth in poverty are seeking youth support to ensure that they have a Christmas too. Please donate today and help us put a smile on the face of those that are less fortunate.
What Makes Us Different
We refuse to put television cameras in the faces of those that we are feeding/assisting. Many families do not want their children to be faced with embarrassment when they return to school. We provide images/video of us wrapping the toys. We provide images/video of us delivering in neighborhoods. In Time of Need, Inc. will never show the faces of those that we assist. This is not the way that our nonprofit chooses to raise money, we are here to empower individuals – not to embarrass them.
