Much of the work and support for our clients is done mobile, and everything is done by appointment only. We serve individuals and families in both Georgia, and North Carolina. We also provide telehealth services ensuring access to care.

9. Walk-in services, or appointment-based only?
Our clinic operates primarily on an appointment-based system to ensure every patient receives the time and attention they need. For mental health emergencies, we encourage patients to call ahead so we can accommodate them as quickly as possible. We also provide telehealth services for those who need immediate care but cannot make it to the clinic.
10. Business hours, after-hours support or emergency services?
Our regular business hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
We offer after-hours support for mental health crises through a 24/7 helpline that connects patients with one of our licensed professionals. In cases of physical medical emergencies, we advise patients to contact their local emergency services or visit the nearest ER, but we remain available for follow-up care and ongoing support.
