Share the Need
Contact our team with basic information about the child, family, requested service and referral source.
Review and Verify
We review service needs, urgency, eligibility, insurance information and any required authorization or documentation.
Coordinate Care
We confirm the appropriate service pathway, explain the next steps and coordinate with authorized partners.
Our Insurance Commitment
We will not turn away a child or family because of insurance status. If we are not actively credentialed with a particular insurance plan, we will pursue registration and help the family understand available options and next steps.
Coverage and payment are subject to active payer credentialing, member eligibility, covered benefits, medical necessity and any required authorization. An NPI Type 2 and Availity registration do not, by themselves, establish participation with every health plan.
